What was most unique and made the entire event
amazing was the racing format. CEOs, business
leaders and their spouses who had never sailed
before sailed and raced competitively getting
completely immersed in the activity and the overall
spirit. The excitement at each of the events was
electric. All that everyone said was ‘can we come
back for more?

• All purchase orders should be addressed to “Aquasail Distribution Company Pvt
Ltd ”
• Terms of payment: 100% advance along with PO (at least 15 days prior to the
engagement) and balance within 10 days of final invoicing. All payments prior to
event
• Service tax and other related taxes are chargeable on actual
• Both parties, the sponsor/partner and Aquasail will appoint a person who will act
as a single point contact for all deliverables, invoicing, etc. pertaining to this
conference
• Any services, special requests other than the scope of this proposal will be charged
extra as the case might be
• This proposal is confidential and for consumption by the client only – please do not
forward this to any external party or associate without prior written consent
