• Dark Times are used to hide state changes from Left Eye to Right Eye and back • Overall projector brightness is

diminished

by Dark Times • The smaller the Dark Time, the brighter the final image At 50µs, DepthQ ® potential Dark Time is almost

inconsequential:

Less than 1% of a frame (.72%) at today’s 144FPS speeds.

In the near future, projector manufacturers will begin to adopt new High Frame Rates (HFR).

What’s driving faster 3D projectors?
