How to spot scholarship scam?
•
If you must pay money to get money, it might be a
scam.
•
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
•
Spend the time, not the money.
•
Nobody can guarantee that you'll win a scholarship.
•
Legitimate scholarship foundations do not charge
application fees.
•
If you're suspicious of an offer, it's usually with good
reason.

Studying in Holland means developing an open
mind and increasing your international

About 87% of the population in the Netherlands

French.
www.dreamfoundation.eu
Why study in the Netherlands?
The Netherlands has two main types of higher
education institutions: universities and
universities of applied sciences.
Universities focus on the independent practice of
research-oriented work in an academic or
professional setting.
Universities of applied sciences are more practically
oriented, preparing students directly for specific
careers.
www.dreamfoundation.eu
Why study in the Netherlands?
Education in Holland is not free, but tuition fees are
reasonable compared with other countries.
The annual tuition fees for enrolment on a degree
programme or course at a Dutch higher education
institution start at approximately €1,700 for EU
students. In general, tuition fees are higher for
non-EU students.
www.dreamfoundation.eu
Cost of studies in the Netherlands?
Experience shows that to live and study in Holland, students
need between €300 and €400 per month +
accommodation which is around €300/ monthly.
When working at least 8 hours per week (32 hours per
month) you are eligible for a grant from the Dutch
governement (€266-€500 per month).
