Remember, that when purchasing real estate, do not go beyond your
financial means. Taking on too much debt will not make your life easier; it
will only make you live in stress and panic.
Without detailed financial planning, you should not take on a loan to invest
in anything—it could be very risky to do so.
You need to evaluate your financial capacity prior to buying a house. You
must not bite off more than you can chew and go beyond your financial
means.
People with no habit of saving money tend to buy on credit, over-charging
their credit cards.
It’s a very dangerous habit to over-charge on credit cards and buy things
with borrowed money.
You’re not buying a house by taking on a zero-down mortgage—you are
effectively committing financial suicide.
People who take on zero-down mortgages too often end up in tragedy—
they either lose their house or their credit.
When buying a house, you must clearly understand why you’re making
the purchase and your financial capacity, striking a balance between wish
and reality.
You can’t buy a house with no money, let alone a big and fancy mansion.
This should be common sense, and yet some people still choose to ignore
their own limitations.
If your income can only afford a house of $200,000, don’t go for one that
costs half a million. If you really want a house that costs half a million, don’t
dream of getting it for just $200,000.
Dreams must be grounded in reality. When buying a house, make sure it
matches your income level.
Reality might be grim at times, but I still have to face it— it’s simply part of life.
Sports cars, mansions, diamond and jewelry are all indications of a man’s
wealth. However, if you don’t really have the money, don’t take on debts just
to feed your ego.
When buying a foreclosed property, the bank (seller) chooses the buyer, not
the other way around. This means that unless you have a great credit score
and ample down payment, you can forget about getting a bank-owned house.
There are a lot of bank-owned properties that are selling at great prices. It’s a
pity if you have to miss out on the action.
Never, ever buy with a zero-down mortgage, for you would only be hurting
yourself and your family.
Buying real estate requires substantial investment; are you prepared for
that? Any debt you take on must be repaid in installments; are you
prepared for that? Life is unpredictable, and you may need emergency
cash on the drop of a dime; are you prepared for that?
Before setting out to do anything, you need to have a plan and prepare
yourself; buying a house is no exception.
If you are unclear of your own financial strength, buying a house without
proper consideration will only cause you to end up losing your house.
Don’t covet what is not yours, and don’t indulge yourself with what you
have. Learn to have self-control.
Don’t be upset if you can’t afford a big house. You can still own a modest
home that belongs to you.
If you can’t afford your dream house yet, take it one step at a time. Buy a
small house first and trade up later on. Keep in mind to never buy a mansion
beyond your means.
Never, ever buy with a zero-down mortgage, for you would only be hurting
yourself and your family.
Fancy mansions are for those who can afford it, not for people with no savings
and no down payment.
No matter how small your house may be, you are still in a much better place
than the homeless on the street. Know that a grateful heart goes a long way in
finding happiness in life.
A graceful heart finds beauty in everything. Cherish the home you have, and
don’t envy others’ houses. This is the secret to finding happiness.
In many ways poverty is the best university. If you can complete all the
courses it entails, there’s simply no limit to what you can achieve later in life.
The social status you’re born into is not important, as long as you are willing
to work hard, and study hard; if you have the tenacity to carry on no matter
what, you are bound to find success later on in life.
Being born into an impoverished family can be seen as a God-given chance to
make you stronger through trials and tribulations.
Poverty can drive a man to work harder, for in difficult times, people tend to
become stronger and more resilient.
Being poor is nothing to be ashamed of. But what can lead to poverty is selfpity, laziness, and lack of ambition.
Nobody enjoys being born into a financially-challenged family, but you should
know that with your own hard work, you can rise above this poverty and build
a better life for yourself. Only when you are willing to put in the effort in your
studies and in work, can you truly rid yourself of poverty.
Those who have weathered true hardships always end up a better man. So
tough out the hard times and learn to be a better man.
We must strive to find a solution to our problems, difficulties, poverty, debts,
and ignorance.
The impoverished should keep on learning, so as to build a solid foundation
for future success.
Those in poverty need to work extra hard, for only then can you realize your
dream of great wealth.
Prior to buying a house, you must be properly prepared in order to avoid a
doomed investment. If you carelessly buy a house beyond your means, your
investment will quickly become a failure.
All investments carry inherent risks, which must be evaluated prior to the
decision to invest. If you’ll be risking more than you can stand to lose, you
should not make that investment.
Without ample savings and income to back you up, you should not risk
investing in real estate.
Zero-down mortgages are highly risky and obviously beyond your financial
means, which is why such mortgage plans should be avoided at all cost.
Zero-down mortgage is not your solution to buying a house. It is the
equivalent of financial suicide.
You must not go beyond your financial means when buying a house. If
you borrow beyond your means, your investment won’t make you richer.
In fact it will only make you sink further into poverty.
