Responsibilities of CDM team
CDM Manager
• Manage implementation of CDM PoA monitoring at CME level
• Ensure adequate training to staff from MOIT PMB and CPA implementers
• Resolve any issues arising in the implementation of CDM monitoring
plan
• Review the quality check and quality assurance plans of PoA periodically
• Review reports submitted by CDM advisor and database administrator
• Approve all the monitoring data for CER calculation

Responsibilities of CDM team
CDM Advisor
• Carry out regular inspection to the power plants
• Assist project developers in implementing the CDM
monitoring plan at their plants
• Provide proper training on CDM monitoring to plant
operators
• Cross check the monthly data reported by the project
developer with the hard copy records at the plant during site
visit

Responsibilities of CDM team
Database administrator
• Create central PoA level database with all CPA level data
• Ensure that the database is free of duplicate records
• Check if data given by CPA implementers are complete
• Update the monthly monitoring data submitted by CPA implementers
into the database
• Generate reports on SHP status, energy generation, etc, based on latest
data

company appointed by EVN for both meters.
• Re-calibration should be carried out within 10 days of either of the
following events:

 Energy meter has been repaired due to component malfunction

What may go wrong during implementations ?
o Change in technical specification of power plant
o Different type / accuracy of electricity meter installed
o Data mismatch between electronic data submitted and hard copy
data
o Meters not calibrated on time
o Hard copy documents not maintained at power plant office
Make regular visit to power plant site and ensure all the above aspects
