OUR SERVICES HIGHLIGHTS

Electrical – System Studies (ETAP)
Star Sequence-of-Operation evaluates, verifies, and
confirms the operation and selectivity of the protective
devices for various types of faults.
Sequence-of-Operation provides a system-wide
solution for an accurate and realistic operating time
and state of protective devices, such as relay, fuse,
circuit breaker, trip devices, contactor, etc
The operation time is calculated for each protective
device based on its settings, time current characteristic, and
interlocks for a specified fault location and type.

Electrical – Power management System
Multi-console with multi-screen monitoring
Graphical monitoring via SCADA- Single Line Diagram
Visual monitoring via HMI
Alert of equipment out-of-range violations
Monitoring of electrical & non-electrical parameters
OPC interface (communication with other systems)
User-access levels
Continuous real-time monitoring
On-demand data retrieval
Alarm management & processing
Energy cost monitoring & accounting
Real-time load forecasting & trending

Intelligent Motor Control Centre (iMCC)
iMCC is a system integrating Electronic Motor
Protection Relays in a highly dependable MCC
Panel.
Connectivity to the supervision and control
system is provided through an industrial
communication network.
This solution is particularly used in large industrial
sites and infrastructures, with continuous or hybrid
process, and whenever continuity of service is a
priority.
EMPR has the capability to detect many kinds of
faults. It is a great improvement compared to
thermal relay protection. Moreover, many
complementary functions can be implemented by
an EMPR: monitoring, alarming, fault recording,
statistics, communications, etc…

Benefits of facility refurbishment
Improves electrical equipment reliability.
Extends the equipment life cycle.
Improvement in your quality of service for
the client.
Shows your commitment to quality to your
client.
Reduction in downtime & operating cost.
More economical than complete
replacement.
Incorporation of the latest technology.
11
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
To prove the integrity of entire Electrical & Building Automation System.
Identification of discrepancies, design concerns, control system logic,
construction or operational defects.
AMC/O&M services include Project Management, Supervision and
Engineering, Technicians (Electrical / Automation), Project Data Entry
and Document Management, Punch List, Certification and Handover.
Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, operations, Training and System
Integration
12
Thermography ( Thermal Imaging)
It’s a process of using special cameras designed to look only for heat
by the way of infrared energy waves.
Most valuable diagnostic tools for predictive maintenance of
electrical installations
It detect anomalies often invisible to the naked eye, thereby
allowing corrective action to be taken.
Diagnostics of electrical equipments, mainly transformers insulators &
switchgears.
Fast and non-exhausting measurements of devices that are not
easily accessible or where measurements are dangerous to humans.
We provide full support in the rectification of any problems that are
found by thermal imaging
13
Harmonic Measurement (Analysis)
Harmonics in power systems can result in undesirable influence
such as Capacitor heating or failure, Telephone interference,
Rotating equipment heating, Protection Relay malfunctioning,
Transformer heating, Switchgear failure, Fuse blowing etc.
The main sources of harmonics in power system are static power
converters (Electronic equipments which converts sinusoidal to
non-sinusoidal), arc furnaces, discharge lighting and any other
load that requires non-sinusoidal current.
In order to limit the harmonic current propagation in to the
network, harmonic filters are placed close to the source of the
harmonic currents.
Harmonic filters provide low impedance paths to harmonic
currents and thus prevent them from flowing into the power
network.
Harmonic Measurements & Analysis computes indices such as
total voltage harmonic distortion factor at buses to evaluate the
effect of the harmonic sources and to calculate the sizing of filters.
14
Capacitor Banks (Analysis)
Adding power factor correction capacitors provides well-known
benefits to industrial plants, include power factor correction,
voltage support, and release of system capacity.
However application of capacitors in power systems with
excessive harmonics and/or transients might not survive long if
they are improperly applied.
Capacitors are also known to cause power quality problems,
such as oscillatory switching transients, and can possibly amplify
other problems, such as harmonics.
 Capacitors that solves some problems can cause other
problems.
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) are another such example.
 We investigates capacitor failures and fuse operations in an
automatically switched capacitor bank.
Either harmonics are the sources of problem.
Or else transients from an unlikely source were to blame.
15
Energy Auditing (Energy Management)
An energy audit is the first step to determine how
much energy your facility consumes
Evaluate the steps to be taken to make the
property more energy efficient.
An energy audit provides you with the framework
needed to establish or improve energy
management.
It also provides a baseline for saving money and
energy over time when corrected.
The audit of energy consumption is a specialized
process.
It takes thorough knowledge and expertise in
multiple fields to estimate design, commission and
performance monitor projects for energy
conservation.
16
Training
We provides you with professional training opportunities to enhance skills and
knowledge of LV Switchgear & Industrial Automation solutions.
Whether in the training centre at our office, or on-site at your premises.
We listen to your specific requirements and organize the most relevant training
courses.
Our courses are aimed at technicians, supervisors & engineers whose job function
requires competencies to supervise, select, install, commission, maintain and test
electrical -instrumentation systems and equipment.
We design tailor-made training packages for professionals who are committed to
learn and gain experience in instruments and systems installed in the Industrial
process and general maintenance services.
We give your teams the necessary skills to work better and ensure the security of
your operations, while at the same time optimizing the efficiency of installed
equipment.
