INTRODUCTION
 Syspro Automation, an organization having diverse experience
and knowledge base in the field of Instrumentation , Process
Control and Automation and a Centre for Specialized and
customized Control panel building.
 Syspro Automation was established in the year 1987 by
Mr. B. Ganesan B.E and Mr. S. Sridhar B.E as managing partners
and have been in the business of Automation for the last 27
Years.
INTRODUCTION
 The company as part of its Project division has capability to
execute Automation projects on turnkey basis from concept to
completion involving Basic Engineering , Detailed Engineering ,
Manufacturing , Shop Testing and Site Installation ,Testing and
Commissioning with professional grade expertise in the field of
instrumentation and automation .
 The company as part of its Control panel division has facilities
and capability to design and manufacture instrument control
panels and specialized electrical control panels of specialized
nature.
CURRENT AREA OF BUSINESS
 The Project division of the company has successfully executed
many Industrial projects for Industries like Power , Steel ,
Chemical ,Pharmaceuticals , Cement , Sugar , Treatment plants
and also Water pipeline Telemetry system.
 The above projects are executed with application knowledge
and experience in PLC / SCADA System, Distributed Control
System ( DCS ), Telemetry using wireless / GSM / GPRS.
 The Project Division has executed export orders directly and
through our principles to countries like Singapore , Dubai ,
Indonesia , Saudi arabia , USA etc. The Export orders involves
supplies and also services with respect to Software development
and site commissioning.
CURRENT AREA OF BUSINESS
 The Control panel division of the company has successfully
manufactured ,delivered and commissioned more than 2500
panels. The control panel division has got the facilities and
capability to design and manufacture special control panels like
Instrument control panels of Electrical , pneumatic and Electro
pneumatic , draw out type MCCs , Intelligent MCCs and also
custom built specialized Analyzer panels involving high quality
and precision tubing requirements.
CURRENT AREA OF BUSINESS
 The company has executed export orders directly and through
other OEM Merchant exporters to Europe, Taiwan, Korea,
Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Bangladesh and Egypt.
Hence understand and familiar with International standards and
working practices like ISA , IEC etc.
 The company has Manufactured and Exported Control panels
with CE markings as per the export requirements.

Metso Automation
The company has associated with Metso Automation, USA
for the maxDNA DCS for the last 8 Years .
The company has successfully executed on Turnkey basis
more than 30 projects in the area of Power ranging from
4MW to 40MW implementing maxDNA DCS from Metso
Automation.
The Company has capability and trained manpower
resources to provide project engineering , Software
development , Site installation and commissioning and also
service support for the maxDNA DCS from Metso
Automation.

Metso Automation have outsourced the services activities
like Engineering and software development work to our
company for their overseas projects and as part of these
assignments our engineers have been deputed to Metso
Automation Lansdale, USA and also overseas sites.
Many of the Indian projects assignments taken directly by
Metso for the maxDNA DCS have been executed by our
company on the back to back basis.

Syspro have been an authorised System Integrator for
Schneider Electric France since 1996. For their PLC and
SCADA range of products.
Syspro has successfully executed projects in the area of
Coal Handling System , Ash Handling System ,Water
Treatment Plant (WTP) , Sewage Treatment Plant(STP) ,
Common Effluent Treatment plant (CETP) , Water cross
country pipeline Telemetry and other process
applications.

and Software where IT enabled services are dominant .
Syspro has successfully executed and being executing
assignments for remote Power monitoring at RLDC EB
centre's for power plants.

manufacturing activities in their Chennai works.
 The Company has about 1500sqft floor space for their
engineering and Software development activities as part of
their project division.

companies in Bangalore for their Project division activities
and conducting of Inspection activities for large DCS / PLC
projects.

40 including well trained Engineers ,Supervisors,
Technicians and Staff who have accomplished a great deal in
the specialized area that we work in and take care of the
needs of our customers.
