-The Level 1 Support to the End User will be from the SI Partner
L1 Support
From the SI
Partner
- SSI will conduct detailed training sessions to the technical team to enable L1 Support.
Joint Certification Training will be planned at Periodic intervals.
- SSI will provide Support Materials like Installation Videos, Manuals, Wiring Diagrams
etc to enable L1 Support
- SSI Site Visit can also be planned in case (but Visit Charges will be charged extra)
L2 Support
from
Distributor
- L2 Support is to be given to the Channel by Distributor (if Procured from Disti) or
will be from SSI
- Technical Team of the RD & Westcon will be Certified (Jointly along with HID)
- L3 Online Support will be given by SSI to the Distributor & the SI Partner
L3 Support
from SSI
- SSI Site Visit can also be planned in case (but Visit Charges will be charged extra)
