7 STEPS FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
ITTF – National Association (NA)
AFRICA-ASIA-LATIN AMERICA
A) BEFORE the Course:
1.
ITTF sends offer (allocation of activity/equipment package on rotation and needs basis)
2.
National Association confirms, providing 3 dates, preferred language, address for Manuals (if Coach
Education)
3.
ITTF nominates expert, sends Manuals (if CE); NA assures to meet the requirements (equipment,
facilities etc.), acknowledges reception of Manuals and assists the Expert in visa arrangements etc.
B) DURING the Course:
4.
NA arranges meetings with NOC, Sport Council, Ministry
C) AFTER the Course:
5.
NA completes the ITTF National Association’s Report and sends it to ITTF together with related
receipts for reimbursement
6.
NA/Supervisor makes sure that post-course requirements are fulfilled (coaching practise and
supervision) and sends the Confidential Coaching Reports to the Expert
7.
Continuous contact for updates, news etc.
EUROPE-NORTH AMERICA
All correspondence is through the Continental Development Officer (Europe-Ms. Lilamani de Soysa) or
