How to work the profiles
 The work-flow:
 Display the merged corporate/traveller profile
 Car Availability with /TC gives the client’s CD-rates
 A host key to change to Eurobonus Gold rates:
>CA/TC/C-ABC123

 A host key to change to the agency’s CD-rates
>CA/TC/C-123ABC
<ctrl + y>
 When booking use the display with the most favourable
rate (>CA/TC returns to the client’s rates or reuse the
appropriate host key):

 The corporate profile is still displayed, and the client’s
CD-number is added to the segment
