power distribution,
GNC & RCS management,
standard I/O.
The PCDU will include the following modules and functions :
•
PCU : provides a 22-34V unregulated bus, based on a Maximum
Power Point Tracking (MPPT) regulator topology. The input power will
be delivered from a SA during sunlight periods, or from a Li-Ion battery
during eclipses and when the SA power is lower than the power
demand.
•
PDU : distributes protected lines to DM, CM units & heaters, and
commands pyro devices,
•
RTU : assures GNC/RCS interfaces, delivers Standards I/O.
