The Multi Projects vision is to establish quality housing and integrated human settlements across Africa. We aim to develop commercial sites, churches, shopping centres, hotels, schools, hospitals, student accommodation and retirement villages within such communities and offer property-related services on the continent.

Through our involvement with our power partners, we have established a system to identify people's housing needs in all areas of Africa and are constantly identifying opportunities for development in these areas, to supply the required housing and commercial units.

Niël Mynhardt is a dynamic businessman whom became involved in property development (affordable housing market) in 1990. He became the first developer in South Africa to register 1000 units with the NHBRC. Niël’s on-going dedication, hands on approach and attention to high quality, affordable developments have contributed to his upstanding reputation in the industry. His proven ability to successfully execute projects is one of his key attributes.

Since 1996 he has completed over 6 000 affordable housing units in Gauteng and more than 1 500 other residential housing units elsewhere. He offers effective, efficient management and execution of the full project management cycle of property development, ensuring and overseeing timeous completion and quality control on all developments. Niël has a proven track record with all major commercial banks and adherence to the requirements set by these financial institutions to successfully execute developments/projects.

Monte Jordaan

Monté Jordaan was born in March 1957, raised and matriculated in the Montague district. He joined Standard Bank in 1975 as clerk and progressed to accountant. In July 1988, Monté left Standard Bank (Franschhoek) as Accountant Manager, where after he joined Liberty Life’s Broker Division as brokerage consultant. Monté rapidly progressed to Manager: Worcester Branch and Regional Manager: Afrikaans Areas where he was based in Paarl.

He was awarded Marketer of the Year in the Liberty Life Broker Division in 1990. Monté started his own brokerage, Managed Group Benefits (MGB) in 1991, which venture is currently still in existence.

He joined his wife, Catherine, in Multi Projects on a part time basis since 1995 and went into full time employment with Multi Projects in 2001 in the capacity of CEO.

Multi Projects has attained some prestigious awards being, Chairman's Award of the local branch of the Afrikaanse Handels Instituut van Suid-Afrika.
