VX2-serien
VX2-serien, bestående av kylmedelkylare
(VX2-D), är en serie moduluppbyggda
produkter som möter mycket högt ställda
krav på miljö, ekonomi och prestanda.
Rörkonfigurationen är optimerad för att
fungera som bäst ihop med dagens
miljövänliga köldbärare och i applikationer
som t ex. luftkonditionering, processkyla
samt kommersiell och industriell kyla.
VX2-serien uppfyller Eurovents högt ställda
krav i ”Certify All”-programmet och AIA är
sedan lång tid certifierat enligt ISO 9001.
Tack vare det unika modulkonceptet kan
VX2-serien erbjudas i ett otal varianter som
passar perfekt till varje kunds unika
önskemål. Produkten konfigureras med
lätthet i beräkningsprogrammet AIACalc.
Den geniala konstruktionen säkerställer att
inga utmattningsskador uppstår pga
termiska rörelser. Höljet i lackerad
galvaniserad stålplåt ger en snygg och
mycket korrosionsbeständig produkt. De
högeffektiva lamellerna, Booster Fin och
Industrial Fin, erbjuds i 2,1 och 2,4 mm
delning, vilket ger en oslagbar effektivitet.
VX2-serien tillverkas i upp till 20 fläktars
moduler. Det stora urvalet av olika EC-fläktar
och varvtal ger en optimerad prestanda,
både i bostads- och industrimiljö.

The VX2-series, dry cooler (VX2-D) is a series of modular based products optimized
for best balance between environment,
economy and performance. The tube configuration is designed to work in a perfect
harmony with modern environmental
friendly brine in different applications like
air-conditioning, process, commercial and
industrial cooling. AIA is since many years
certified according to ISO 9001 and the
VX2-series fulfils Eurovent’s ”Certify All”programme. Thanks to its unique module
concept the VX2-series can be offered in
countless variations perfectly fitting each
customer’s unique demands. The product
is easily configured in our calculation software, AIACalc.

(X2-D) ist eine Modulbasiertes Produktserie
optimiert für beste Balance zwischen Umwelt, Ökonomie und Effizienz. Die Rohrgeometrie ist optimiert worden, um bestens mit
den heutigen umweltfreundlichen Kälteträgern zu harmonieren, und in Applikationen
wie z.B. Klimatisierung, Prozesskälte sowie
kommerzielle- und industrielle Kühlung zu
arbeiten. Die VX2-serie erfüllt die hohen Ansprüche des “Eurovent Cerify All“
Programms und AIA ist seit langer Zeit ISO
9001 zertifiziert. Dank seines einzigartigen
Modularkonzepts kann die VX2-serie in einer
Unmenge von Varianten Angeboten werden,
die perfekt zu den einmaligen Bedingungen
eines jeden Kunden passt. Das Produkt wird
mit Leichtigkeit in unserem Berechnungsprogramm AIACalc konfiguriert.
The brilliant design guarantees that no
stress damages occur due to thermal
movements. The painted casing in galvanized steelplates gives a nice looking and a
very corrosion resistant product. The two
high-performance fins, Booster Fin and
Industrial Fin, are offered in two different
spacings, 2.1 and 2.4 mm which give an
unbeatable efficiency. The VX2-series is
produced up to 20 fan-modules. The wide
range of EC fans with variable speeds gives
a perfect match in both residential and
industrial areas.

Die geniale Konstruktion stellt sicher, dass
keine Ermühdungs Erscheinungen, durch
Thermische Bewegungen, entstehen. Die
Hülle aus lackiertem verzinkt Stahlblech
bietet einen gutaussehenden Anblick und
ein sehr korrosionsbeständiges Produkt.
Die zwei sehr effektiven Lamellen „Booster
Fin“ und „Industrial Fin“ werden mit 2,1
und 2,4 mm Abstand angeboten, was eine
unschlagbare Effizienz ergibt. Die VX2-serie
wird mit bis zu 20 Ventilatormodulen produziert. Die große Auswahl an EC-Ventilatoren
und Drehzahl ergibt eine optimierte Leistung
in beiden Wohn- und Industriegebieten.

lufttillflöde samt ingen återcirkulation av
luften.
• Vid längre driftuppehåll skall fläktarna
köras minst varannan vecka. Fläktarna
körs till motorn uppnått

air access to the coil and no hot air
recirculation.
• During long periods when the unit is not in
operation the fans should be run at least
biweekly. The fans are to be run until the
motor reaches normal working temperature,
i.e. for about 30 minutes.

Allgemeine Hinweise
• Die berechnete Kapazität setzt ungestörte Luftzufuhr ohne Umwälzung
voraus.
• Auf lange Stilllegung die Ventilatoren
laufen mindestens alle zwei Wochen. Die
Ventilatoren lassen Sie den Motor voll
warm – Über 30 Minuten.
• Um vibrations- und Materialermüdungsschäden vorzubeugen –
werden Gummikompensatoren in die
Rohrleitungen montiert.
• Produkte niemals an den Verteilerrohren
hantieren oder heben. Vorgesehene
Ösen Verwenden.
• Mit Vorsicht die Muffen anziehen um
Schäden bei den Verteilerrohren und der
Batterie zu vermeiden.

Med anledning av VX2-seriens stora flexibilitet, hänvisar vi till vårt beräkningsprogram
med certifierade data enligt Euroventstandarder. VX2-serien är nominellt beräknad
för en omgivningstemperatur på 25°C och
∆t 15K. VX2-D (kylmedelkylare) med vatten
40/35°C enligt EN1048.
Ljudeffektnivå (LwA) är certifierad enligt ISO
9614-2 och ljudtrycksnivå (LpA) relaterar till
ytan av en omslutande parallellepiped på ett
avstånd av 10 meter (EN13487).
