Interest Payment delayed

Norsk Tillitsmann ASA ("NTM") acts as trustee for the holders of the bonds in the above mentioned bond issue (the

“Bond Issue”)

issued by Latina Offshore Limited.

Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the bond agreement dated 18 March 2011 (the

"Bond Agreement").

Today the first interest payment under the Bond Agreement was due, but NTM has been informed that the payment has been delayed.

Due to technical issues related to transfer from the Interest Retention Account the first interest payment under the Bond Issue will be delayed until Monday 6 January 2014. Default interest on the first interest payment will also be paid on Monday 6 January 2014, or shortly thereafter.
