* NB: * NB: Give-aways and Entertainment items: Free distribution valued at low value is allowed provided that value and quantity of the goods are reasonable in the opinion of the customs authorities However, it is not allowed to ship tobacco, food and alcohol.

Separate invoice and packing list should be made for give-aways and other promotional materials.

Temporary import Ordinary the exhibitor has to pay both customs and Norwegian taxes to get the goods free, and then apply for having the outlay back when exporting the goods again. However, B. Iversen may guarantee for this to the custom authorities for goods at the exhibition area. This to a cost of 1,5% of total value.

If goods are sent to a Norwegian agent with account to customs, please advise companies registration no. and account no. for customs. The earlier mentioned procedures are not necessary in this case.
