sont pas nominatifs. Par mesure de sécurité, ils seront systématiquement ouverts chaque jour après la fermeture.
La Direction décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte ou de
vol.
Changing private rooms with digicode opening are not personal.
For security reasons, they will be opened every day systematically
after closing time.
The Management declines all responsibility in the event of loss
or theft.
HYGIÈNE ET TENUE
HYGIENE AND DRESS
Par mesure d’hygiène, le port de chaussures de ville n’est autorisé que dans le couloir menant aux vestiaires.
Il est strictement interdit de se dévêtir en dehors des vestiaires,
du sauna et du hammam. Une douche est nécessaire avant l’utilisation des installations. Afin de ne pas perturber la détente de
notre clientèle, l’utilisation du téléphone portable est interdite.
For sanitary reasons, outdoor shoes may not be worn except in
the corridor leading to the changing rooms. It is strictly forbidden
to undress outside the changing room, sauna and hammam. A
shower must be taken before using the facilities.
So as not to disturb our customers, the use of mobile phones is
forbidden.
FITNESS
FITNESS FACILITIES
Le port d’une tenue et de chaussures de sport est de rigueur.
Avant tout exercice physique, il est recommandé de s’échauffer
par des étirements musculaires légers. Il est également conseillé
d’éviter les repas copieux et l’utilisation du hammam ou du
sauna.
Sport clothing and shoes are obligatory. It is recommended to
warm up with some light stretching exercises before starting any
physical activity, to avoid heavy meals and the use of the hammam or the sauna just before a fitness session.

APPOINTMENTS
Se présenter à l’accueil du Spa 20 minutes avant le début du soin.
Tout rendez-vous décommandé moins de 24 heures à l’avance
sera facturé. Tout rendez-vous pris par la clientèle extérieure à
l’hôtel doit être accompagné d’un numéro de carte de crédit.
Customers should be present at the Spa Reception desk of the
Spa 20 minutes before their treatment is due to begin. The Spa is
opened for treatments to outside clientele. Any appointment taken
for outside clientele must be accompanied by a valid credit card
number.
SOINS
Tout comportement incorrect lors d’un soin pourrait faire l’objet
de l’arrêt du traitement ainsi que de la facturation dans sa totalité.
Le Spa est ouvert aux clients ne séjournant pas à l’hôtel.
TREATMENT
Any inappropriate behaviour during treatment may result in its
termination as well as the responsibility for treatment(s) cost.

SWIMMING POOL
II est strictement interdit de plonger dans la piscine ou de courir
à proximité. La baignade n’est pas surveillée et la Direction décline toute responsabilité en cas d’accident.
It is strictly forbidden to dive into or run alongside the swimming
pool. Bathing is unsupervised, and the Management declines all
responsibility in the event of an accident.
Toute prestation effectuée sur demande en chambre sera
majorée de 50% et de 100% après 20h.
Treatments on request in room with 50% extra charge and 100%
after 8pm.

24 heures à l’avance.

Passé ce délai, le rendez-vous sera facturé à 50 % de son tarif.
Tout soin annulé ou déplacé à moins de 12 heures auprès de l’accueil du Spa sera intégralement facturé.
After this period, you will be charged 50% of the price of your
appointment. Treatments moved or cancelled less than 12 hours
in advance will be charged at the full rate.
