49th UPSOS Annual Conference December 20th and 21st, 2014 Noida
It gives me immense pleasure to put a few words regarding our scientific committee achievements and taking
our society to new heights.
48th Annual conference Jhansi/Orcha held on 25thto 27th October , and it was attended by 400+eminent eye
surgeons all over the state . Dr.Eytan Blumenthal from Isreal from far west also participated the conference at
various levels .First time OPL was launched and it was highly appreciated to give a new flavour to scientific
programme. I personally thank to Dr.Prakash Gupta (organising secretary) and Dr.Ramesh Chandra the
Chairman of Jhansi conference from the core of my heart to make grand successful state conference.
Midterm Conference UPSOS held on 3rd & 4th May at Jaunpur. In the conference we had 159 registered
delegates. 1st day live surgeries were performed with hard core discussion among the ophthalmologists.
Total 40 scientific papers were presented. The conference was organised by Dr.D.C.Kushwaha as
Organising Chairman and President and Dr. N.K.Singh as organising Secretary of Jaunpur Midcon .Special
thanks to Dr. Kamlesh from Delhi,Dr.S.P.Dubey from Bhopal,Dr.Harbansh Lal from Delhi,and Dr.Tejas
Shah from Ahmedabad who made the conference more interactive and full of subject knowledge
The 1st International Ophthalmic Meet held in Bhutan on 24/05/2014 and organised under the aegis of UPSOS.
Total 10 papers were presented and was attended by 42 participants. Daily in evening hours round table
scientific discussions were highly appreciated among all. Soon we will be organising our 2nd International
Ophthalmic Meet .
Now come to NOIDA Conference, we want to fly high with your cordial support. The scientific Programme is
in your hands see it and keep giving me your valuable views and ideas to make the programme better and better
in future. I thank my learned team members Dr.Sobi Pandey , Dr.Alka Gupta, Dr.Ashok Agarwal, Dr.Ram Yash

is a preservative free, lubricating and healing eye drop
meant for mild to moderate dry eyes.
It constitutes lubricating agent, a demulcent and
gelling agent. FOUG provides long lasting retention
of tears in the eyes and also relieves the symptoms
caused by dry eyes.
Indications: mild to moderate dryness in eyes

Side Effects: Hypersensitivity towards any of the active compound.
Precautions: Do not touch the nozzle of the eye drop.
