NOTES: To serve you better…
1. Candidates / Students are requested to wear the University Convocation Attire without which
students will not be called upon during the Degree Distribution at designated venues.
2. Candidates are requested to collect Convocation Registration ID Card at the time of collection
of Duppatta and Convocation Oath (Pre-Lunch) and keep wearing it till they receive the Degree
Certificate (Post-Lunch).
3. In case of Candidates / Students who have registered for ‘In-Presence’ category remains absent
during the Convocation, then such candidates shall receive Degree only after completing
necessary university formalities including payment of ‘Fine’ fees, if any.

Annexure – 2 – Duppatta Guidelines for Students
Dear Student,
Receiving a degree from Charusat is an honour in one’s life. We while conferring the degree on you would like to provide you
with the symbol of our Convocation Degree Insignia – Duppatta and request you to adorn it in all righteousness as per the
following guidelines:
Guidelines for adoring Duppatta
1. Kindly refer to Notices / Circulars for your specified Faculty (E.g. Faculty of Management Studies, etc.) / Block / Room to
collect your Duppatta and Oath.
2. Kindly collect your Duppatta from the Degree Distribution Committee (DDC) and acknowledge the same.
3. We request all your accompanying family and friends to occupy seats at the Central Square, I2IM Building at / during the
time of collection of materials.
4. Kindly adorn the Duppatta as informed to you by the DDC members.
5. Proceed to the Shamiana as directed by the DDC after you have adorned the Duppatta as specified.
6. Keep wearing the Duppatta till the completion of the Convocation Programme.

Kindly proceed for Lunch at the following venue: (You may remove the Duppatta during the break)

Dear Student,
