IIIRD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF PHYSICAL THERAPY - AIIMS 2014
Punjabi University
The Theme of the conference is CHANGE, CHALLENGE, OPPORTUNITY
which itself signifies that Challenging situations are an inevitable part of
working in health care. Physiotherapists are expected to manage each
challenging situation in a calm, methodical and professional manner.
Where possible, physiotherapists should reflect and develop an awareness
of their conflict management style and strive to address the personal,
interpersonal and systemic factors that may impact the delivery of quality
patient care and positive patient outcomes. With this interactive approach
Physiotherapists can use their experiences as an opportunity to reflect on their
practice and develop new strategies to meet their responsibilities in situations
that may arise in the future.
With this approach interactive workshops had been planned to enhance and
improve various orthopedic, traumatic, neurological and cardio - respiratory
hands on techniques which will make physiotherapists more efficient during
their routine assessment, diagnosis, planning and implementation in a variety
of clinical/academic/reserch for the physiotherapists.
Kindly participate and make our efforts fruitful for the society....
