Dear Reader
The roadway continues to form the scope of our core competence and the focus of our product and service portfolio;
the demand for individual mobility remains on the increase. Flexibility with regard to the workplace, the desire for fresh
edible produce and growing trends in individual leisure activities all justify the need for a well-developed infrastructure.
The driving force of our commitment is the distinct mission that safety is indispensable. The constant optimisation
of our own developments in passive restraint systems is our on-going contribution to “Mission Zero” on the roads.
Alongside our RAL guardrails we are committed to MegaRail, the product family meticulously developed and
expanded by us.
This likewise applies to our high-grade products for safeguarding roadwork construction zones. Our mobile Limes
Steel Mobile Barriers boast years of successful prevention of frontal collisions through the separation of opposing
traffic flows on narrow traffic lanes. Permanent and temporary adhesive road-markings by Brite-Line Europe
furthermore offer the best possible orientation and vision under all weather conditions, day and night. The DELTALINE
road-marking tapes surpass the highest German and European norms, which gives us reason to celebrate.
Yet none of this is feasible without regard to the environment. Our environmental awareness is a clear motive for a
continued commitment to steel. Steel has a long life and is recyclable, meaning less strain on environmental resources.
But we are also convinced that the use of steel guardrails is the best alternative to concrete barriers.
Our Bongard & Lind Protection Systems provide enhanced quality of life through noise reduction. They are highly
absorbent and reflective, significantly reducing sound propagation and thus enhancing the wellbeing of people at
home, at the workplace or outdoors.

Innovative product families in all
areas of road restraint systems
Mobility is today an unprecedented key factor and challenge
to our society. Thousands of traffic deaths per year, in
particular on country roads, demonstrate the urgent need for
action to improve our traffic infrastructure.
In many respects Saferoad RRS sees its role as that of
initiator and trendsetter, committed to a constant quest for
solutions to improve traffic safety.
Our MegaRail systems according to EN 1317 are based on
a modular concept, which features only two, three or four
standard elements.
Our modern mobile barriers can easily be adjusted to
on-site conditions and specifications. In the event of a
vehicle collision they function as a protective elastic band,
developing restraining forces and guiding the vehicle back
onto the carriageway.
Primus terminals can be adapted flexibly and provide
selective protection to core accident areas. Ductile damping
elements and elastic deformation zones absorb the energy
of impact and guide the decelerated vehicle away from the

danger zone. Passenger compartments remain undamaged.
