Mar 2007, being promoted by pioneering professionals and practicing engineers with hands on
experience in the chosen field. Holding valid Professional Trade License (Number: 593187), Department of
Economic Development, Government of Dubai, U.A.E. Approved by Dubai Chamber of Commerce &
Industries and is accredited by Dubai Accreditation Department/Dubai Municipality, Dubai, U.A.E. Seacorr
is working in remote sites of Oilfield in Yemen, Afghanistan, Iraq and Sudan.
SEACORR is headed by a versatile Inspection and NDE Expert R.RAGHUNATHAN, General Manager, an
ASNT/ACCP/EN 473 Level III in RT/UT/MT/PT/VT, AWS-SCWI, API-510, Trained and Certified by National
Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel, USA, with Commission from State of Ohio & Vermont, USA. Was
working as an experienced ASME Authorized Inspector, who has more than 27 years of industrial
experience in the area of Non-destructive examination, Industrial Inspection, condition monitoring
Assessment, Training and Certification Program, Third Party Inspection and Expediting in India, U.A.E and
other Middle East/Far east countries.
Experienced in guiding and preparing Fabrication workshop, carrying out NDE to satisfy the ASME
requirements for ASME Joint review and achieving ASME Code Stamp.

 SEACORR is accredited by Dubai Accreditation Department/Dubai Municipality, Dubai, U.A.E in
accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17020:1998 for Nondestructive testing and
Inspection as per ASME/AWS and European Norms DAC Inspection Bodies : IB039
 SEACORR QMS is certified to ISO 9001:2008 by ABS Quality Evaluation Inc-QE, Houston, U.S.A.
 SEACORR is approved to do Ultrasonic Thickness measurements on all types and Sizes of ships
by DNV, NKK, BV and ABS Dubai and in the process of approval from other international
classification societies.
 SEACORR NDT Procedures (RT/UT/MT/PT) are demonstrated to the requirements of Para T150, T-190, and Article 1 of ASME Sec V- 2013 Ed and to the fullest satisfaction of Authorized
Inspector of Manufacturer’s Authorized Inspection Agency and to ASME Review Team for
Manufacturer’s Code Stamp certification renewal Program.
 We are approved by WQAPL-AQB of RTC Testing and Diagnostics for conducting EN 473/ ISO
9712 training courses in RT/UT/MT/PT/VT which is accredited by UKAS under ISO 17024
Standard similar to other European Certification Scheme. The certificate is issued by RTC,
Certifying body.
