Making it real- the impact!

• Councils recommendation and agreed by board resulting in a 3.7% rent increased capped at £6.00 for 2014 • The work of the Regional Panels in the voids scrutiny has led to an additional £1.3 million being spent on all homes being fitted with a shower • Increase of £1 million in Warmer Homes budget 10
