AYSO Philosophies
Good Sportsmanship:
We strive to create a positive
environment based on mutual respect
rather than a win-at-all-costs attitude,
and our program is designed to instill
good sportsmanship in every facet of
AYSO.

AYSO Philosophies
Positive Coaching:
Encouragement of player effort provides
for greater enjoyment for the players and
leads to better-skilled and bettermotivated players. A coach can be one of
the most influential people in a child's life,
so AYSO requires they create a positive
experience for every boy and girl.

SPRING 2015 COACH KICK OFF
CONDUCT
KIDS ZONE
When it comes down to it, Kids Zone is
about supporting every child on the field even those on the opposing team. It means
supporting the players whether they win or
lose. It means honoring the game – not the
outcome of the game.
Remember, respect starts with you!
