State the Problem
• Will I be able to get the egg home with out
breaking.
Formulate Your Hypothesis
• I think my egg will break.
Identify and Control the Variables
The control is that all the eggs are the same.
The variable is that everyone protected their
egg a different way.
Test Your Hypothesis
• We dropt the egg.
Collect Your Data
• Did your egg break or did it not break.
Interpret Your Data
• The information I collected helped me
understand if my egg broke.
State Your Conclusion
• I was wrong on my conclusion because I
said my egg would break and my egg
didn’t break.
