1. Task FBI to Create a National Internet Child Pornography Filter-List (NICP-Filter-List).
2. Using NICP, Enable and Require Search Engines to Block Search Engine Results from
Public Access or Display of Known Internet Child Pornography Websites or Pages.
3. BAN all Advertising of Known Internet Child Pornography Websites or Pages.
4. Require US-based Internet Service Providers (ISP) to Block or Filter any Known
Internet Child Pornography Websites or Pages from Public Access.
5. Hold Search Engine & ISP CEOs civilly and criminally responsible, if not cooperating.
SECOND: Establish US-CLEAN-LINE OPTION: Require US Based Internet Service
Providers to offer a General Pornography Filter Option at the Provider’s Office instead of
at the Customer’s Home: virtually 100% effective, easy setup, difficult to circumvent and
less expensive parent control solution
