October 23, 2012 Hyatt Regency – 1 night team building event – DATE: October 26-27 Mainline Officers: – Kalie Pfohl, Catherine Mammoser, Jimmy Ehrig, Lindsay Dingman, Courtney Cross & Emily Carias Additional members invited – Carl Lograsso, Alex Paciorek, Kayla Stamper, Molly Barnard, Gretchen Stockschlader are also invited Get dropped off at between 5:30 and 6 on Friday Get picked up between 10:30-11 Saturday morning Fun filled night with team building exercises and future planning Each member coming must bring: – a charity event to do/fundraise for OR a challenge event to go to – Bathing suit/towel – $5 for pizza! – 1 approved team building board game Taboo Jenga Imagine If? – Pop/chips/dessert We will have a meeting WEDNESDAY during advisement – All members who are planning on attending MUST attend this meeting tomorrow! – Permission slips MUST be signed BY Thursday to attend (available now) No excuses! Last year breakfast was complementary with the hotel rooms – This year they are not Club needs to vote and discuss to: – Use the clubs money to buy breakfast for the members attending the Hyatt Team Building Event – USE PARLIAMENTARIAN PROCEDURE! MAKE A MOTION! AND SECOND IT! Dues are $15 per FBLA year – $6 go to NYS FBLA – $6 go to National FBLA YOU ARE LATE IF YOUR DUES ARE NOT IN!! – EARLY IS ON TIME, ON TIME IS LATE AND LATE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! If you do not have your dues in by October 30, you should not be attending meetings.
