Responsible for manufacturing, distribution, installation, and
warranty support on all category one devices.
Regional Support Managers have access to a pool of
support representatives on our GSA taskforce.
Taskforce reps are trained in federal sales policy and
have been employed by Coast to Coast Computer
Products, Inc. for over two years. These managers and
representatives will be responsible primarily for
ongoing customer support, supplies fulfillment,
troubleshooting, warranty support work order
preparation, customer relationship management at the
end user facilities.
