Blocks to Loving Work She feels unappreciated for all the work she does.

She feels that with all the headquarter policies she is merely a robot.

She enjoyed her work during the "good ole days." Things "just aren't like they use to be." She doesn't enjoy dealing with all the personnel issues of managing others.

She has excellent technical skills, but struggles with working relationships.

Blocks to Loving Work He would retire . . . but doesn't have enough funds in his retirement account.

He would really like to be a stay at home parent.

Since so many people have been terminated because of reorganization and downsizing, he feels no “sense of community”. He enjoys working in the field but dislike the confines and tasks associated with the desk job.

He enjoys the technical tasks but doesn’t like dealing with customers.
