We want to change the way people think about education and about what young people can achieve. The way we communicate should reflect this. We need a personality that feels fresh, distinctive and interesting We want people to sit up and listen. Optimistic We believe educational equality is achievable. We need to encourage conversation around the issue and how we can work towards it. What do they do? Where do they fit? • Employed by TF for the Autumn and Spring university terms • Contracted to work a max of 4 hours per week –There is a degree of flexibility with this. • Form campus teams: Optimum team size of 3 although some Tier 1a universities have a team size of 4 • Report directly into GRO’s, overseen by SGRO’s- anything up to 4 /5 per campus Email Campaign What does this look like on a daily basis?
