Got milk?
Got the right indicators?
 New Hampshire fir st introduced Indistar as a tool for Schools in Need of
Improvement (SINI) and Districts in Need of Improvement (DINI)
 Our ESEA Waiver (June 2013) led to a revision of our Indicators which align
with the Seven US Depar tment of Education’s Turnaround Principles.
 Title I Focus Schools and Priority Schools, 40 in all, select one to three
indicators for each of the Seven Turnaround Principles.
 In response to Technical Assistance requested from our schools, and data
from our Tri -annual Review, the NHDOE in collaboration with our national
par tners, CEELO, SWIFT and Indistar are building out additional indicators
in the following areas:
 School-Wide Integrated Framework for Transformation (SWIFT)
 Early Childhood h t t p : / / c e e l o . o r g / i n d i s t a r - e a r l y - c h i l d h o o d - i n d i c a t o r s /
 Family Engagement
