Program Foundation

 Cisco is focused on supporting the profitability of our partners serving the SMB market.

 The Partner Development Fund (PDF) and Partner Development Fund – Unified Communications (PDF-UC) reward partners on their sales of Cisco SMB products.

 The PDF incentive program is a critical component of the SMB Specialization.

PDF Overview

 SMB Specialized partners who are Select or Premier Certified are eligible for PDF.

 Quarterly payment based on purchases of SMB designated products.

 Quarterly payment capped at $5,000 US per partner.

 On-line tool for program registration and tracking of accrual of funds.

 Program runs from November 1, 2007 through July 26, 2008.

PDF-UC Overview

 The PDF UC rewards partners for their sales of the Cisco’s UC solution for SMBs —the UC 500.

 SMB Specialized partners that do not hold any other UC Specialization are eligible to participate in the PDF-UC program.

 Partners can earn a quarterly payment of 8% of their UC 500 system, IP Phones and applications sales.

 Minimum sales of qualifying products in Europe $5,000 per quarter.

 Program runs from November 1, 2007 through July 26, 2008.

PDF Tool

 The PDF Tool provides partners with a simple on-line interface to register for the program and track their progress over time.

 Participating partners will receive email notifications with account updates and fund payment confirmations.

PDF Application and PDF Tool

Once eligible (SMB Specialised/Premier or Select) PDF tool will send an invitation to partner 2.

On receipt of invite partner log into PDF Tool http://www.ciscopdf.com

with CCO log in and accepts T’S and C’s 3.

Cisco starts to accumulate funds based on net POS submitted by Distribution 4.

Cisco uploads PDF POS progress weekly and communicates progress with partners monthly.

New! PDF Claiming Process

 Each quarter partners receive e-mail from PDF Tool with payout awarded  Partners receive e-mail with PIN code to claim funds  Partner Admin to log into claiming web site (Easypay) and enter PIN. Confirm company details, and enter Banking details/or confirm – and click to confirm claim  Partner NO LONGER has to send in an invoice.*  Partner will be paid within 30 days of claim (usually 2 weeks)  PDF and PDF-UC payments can be claimed together *Partners in the Netherlands will still be required to submit and invoice for Tax reasons Presentation_ID © 2007 Cisco Systems, Inc.
