• Our RttT plan will ensure that every teacher and
instructional leader in NC;
• Has ready access to a high quality instructional
improvement system containing assessment and data
analysis tools and guidance in how to use these tools to
improve instructional practices;
• Has professional development that is sufficient to
prepare him or her to use the instructional
improvement system to address students instructional
needs effectively; and
• Develops increasingly effective instructional and
leadership practices that use data to improve student
outcomes.
