independently or remotely
4) Network with athletes in their geographic areas
5) Become involved in and have access to USAT
events and resources
6 ) Enter USAT development pipeline and talent ID programs

• We now have a clinic template that may be duplicated
by coaches throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.

• The RMR RADC will make funding known and
available to athletes, parents, clubs and
coaches via 1. Regional Website and FB Page
2. USAT Website
3. Direct communications with regional board
members, coaches, athletes and parents

• RMR Ranking System for the Series
• Coaching/development presence at series races
• Clearing up the foggy development pipeline

New Initiatives
• Assist with the creation of a RMR youth and
junior regional series of points races. A priority
initiative in the RMR!
• With assistance from the RMRC create new
partnerships and provide increased funding,
resources and awareness for sport
development.
• Produce resource materials that can be shared
regionally and nationally.
