He has been at key positions of multinational corporations such as Procter & Gamble Asia Pacific, Union Carbide India and as COO of Singapore listed, Thakral Corporation Ltd. He has exceptional skills in capability building via leadership development and systemic improvement. He is a mechanical engineer with postgraduate qualifications in general management. Pradeep is also a qualified "Jonah" for teaching the subject of "Theory Of Constraints". This knowledge when applied to business situations delivers exceptional results in very short time. OUR TEAM Mr. Dinesh Agarwal, Director Mr. Dinesh Agarwal, Chartered Accountant qualified in 1987 and has experience of catering to the needs of diversified clientele which include national as well as multinational companies. He has also undertaken consultancy assignment for large project on behalf of United Nations. He is also an advisor to the State Health Department of Govt of Uttar Pradesh India. OUR TEAM Mr. Apurv Kansal, Director Mr. Apurv Kansal started his career as an IT professional and is a qualified MBA in Information Technology and Systems from IBS, Hyderabad. He is Director and Head – IT and IS at Arete Consultants Pvt Lt which he co-founded in 2004. He is experienced in providing Web-based IT solutions to the clients which include multinational companies in diversified fields. He has intensive experience in various information systems management and development in IT, Communications, Manufacturing, Government, Engineering, Electronics, Healthcare, Microfinance, Retail and Hospitality industries. He has conducted various engagements related to IT internal control reviews, standards compliances, and information security reviews. He has developed training courses in a particularly niche segment of web application security and its awareness. He has conducted various training sessions and lectures at ISO/CMM certified companies across India. He is also associated with several IT and IT-intensive companies in advisory position for continuing assessment of security risks and creating capabilities to counter such attacks by establishing in-house security & anti-hacking divisions. Mohinder Puri (Retd.), Head – Security Solutions Lt. Gen. Mohinder Puri is a seasoned defence officer, having 40 years of diverse experience in various managerial, leadership and senior leadership roles in the Indian Armed Forces. Deep insight and hands on experience in formulation and implementation of policy for detection, assessment and response to multi-level threats, through multi agency coordination and use of current technology. International experience in Intrusion & Perimeter control, Vital Installation Security, Terrorism containment, evacuation and collateral damage control. Adept at formulating and directing effective training & communication programmes for large organizations facing diverse threats. Proven and tried capability of planning and successfully conducting communication drives for large population aimed at generating sensitization & awareness and ensuring compliance.
