Women who are…
between the ages of 50- 64 years old
uninsured or underinsured (Private Insurance)
Income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (see table
below)
Women between the ages of 40-49 year old,
65+ (not enrolled in Medicare Pt B) may be eligible.
Our program focuses on reaching women of Native Hawaiian,
Filipina, and/or Pacific Islander

underserved women access regular mammograms and cervical cancer screenings to include clinical Breast
Exam, Pelvic Exam and Pap Test.
