Tavoitteena kehittää kilpailutehtäviä vastaamaan paremmin käytännön
työelämän elektroniikka-asentajille asettamia ammattitaidollisia
vaatimuksia
Tavoitteena myös vaikuttaa elektroniikka-asentajien opetussuunnitelmiin
osallistujamaissa

Kysely toteutettiin O*NET tietokannan määrittelemien
ammattitaitovaatimusten ja –kuvausten määrittelemien kuvausten
perusteella: http://online.onetcenter.org/
Ammattitaitovaatimuksista jätettiin kuitenkin pois ammattitaidolliset
vaatimukset, joita voitaisiin arvioida ainoastaan todellisissa autenttisissa
työympäristöissä

Kyselyssä kartoitettiin seuraavia elektronikka-asentajan osaamisalueita:
• Työtehtävät, työkalujen käyttö, työympäristö, yms…
Kirjallinen (Webropol) kyselylomake lähetettiin sekä oppilaitoksiin
(opettajille) että yrityksiin (työnantajille)
Kyselyyn vastasi yhteensä 56 opettajaa ja 42 työnantajaa (työntekijää)

Task phases in Lisbon are as follows:
First day, Competition time is 6 h
Start situation: All countries will be informed about constructions and basic
programs.
Module A. Assembling and commissioning of an electromechanical device
Assembling of main parts
( First 2 hour both team members do assembling, then design part is given )
Testing of basic unit with ready made software
Module B. Designing and building of an electronics unit
Phase 1 in module B; Design of laser card circuit ( New version including
small circuit design part)
and PCB-board layout

Second day, 8 h
Start situation: All tasks are given at same time. Team have to take care of
workload planning.
Laser card have to prepare first, part of programming can be done at same time
and finally during test
phase is possibility to finalize also fault find and measuring ?
Module C. Programming of electronics; Phase 1 in programming
Main idea; Laser beam is “cutting” figures from a given plate (first simple figure
and finally more
demanding). Movement are driven by stepper motors!

Third day, 3-4 h
Start situation: Robot have to be fully functional after day 2
From module B, phase 2; Building and testing of the new laser card
From module C, Phase 2; Final programming part; New possibilities in
