Method: In a mixing glass add all ingredients,
shake and strain over fresh ice
Garnish: lime wheel
Organic Basil Margarita
1.5 oz Casa Noble Organic Blanco
1 oz freshly squeezed organic lime juice
1 oz La Sierra Organic Agave Nectar
4 Organic basil leaves
Method: Muddle shake and strain over fresh ice in a glass.
Pomo-rita
2 oz Corralejo Reposado tequila
2 oz Organic pomegranate juice
0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
0.5 oz La Sierra Organic Agave Nectar
Splash of natural soda, optional
Method: Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
with ice. Shake and strain into a
pomegranate salt-rimmed cocktail glass.

2 oz Corralejo Reposado tequila
2 oz freshly-squeezed blood orange
0.5 oz La Sierra Organic Agave Nectar
0.5 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
Method: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously and pour into a cocktail glass.
