Data Privacy
The personal data of students and teachers provided
will be used by the HKEAA and Education Bureau for
the following purposes:

• Make sure to follow the Instructions for
Nomination of Assessment Administration
Supervisor, Deputy AAS and Oral Examiners
• Get the Login Name and User Password (have been
distributed to all schools in TSA 2008 result release)

form to HKEAA

Nomination
• Each school should nominate:
1 P.3 OE cum P6 Reserve OE
1 P.6 OE cum P3 Reserve OE
• School can nominate extra qualified teachers
as P.3 or P.6 Reserve Oral Examiners.
HKEAA may appoint them as External OE in
other schools

Qualification - Teaching Experience
• P.3 OE cum P.6 Reserve OE / P.6 OE cum P.3
Reserve OE:
At least one year within 5 years teaching experience
in Key Stage 1 (P.1, P.2 or P.3) and at least one year
within 5 years teaching experience in Key Stage 2
(P.4, P.5 or P.6)
• P.3 Reserve OE:
At least one year within 5 years teaching experience
in Key Stage 1 (P.1, P.2 or P.3)
• P.6 Reserve OE:
At least one year within 5 years teaching experience
in Key Stage 2 (P.4, P.5 or P.6)
