3rd Qtr. Eligibility
Senior Trip
This information continues to be updated and will be finalized
and presented to the seniors on Wednesday, November 10,
2010 during their government class.
GRADUATION 2011
Friday,
May 27, 2011 – 6:00 p.m.
Courtyard of Enochs High School
 Six (6) Graduation Ceremony tickets will be
available for each senior

CAP AND GOWN ORDERS
Tuesday, November 16th
10:00 – 3:00
Wednesday, November 17th
Lunch only
All participants in the graduation ceremony must have
a cap/gown.
Order packets will be handed out in government classes the
week of November 8th.
Third Quarter Eligibility for Seniors:
Two Unsatisfactory Citizenship Grades in the
3rd Quarter will result in loss of privileges for
the following activities:


Prom

All Sports Teams and Campus Clubs

All Student Extra-Curricular Activities
Reasons for Unsatisfactory
Citizenship Grades:

*** Excessive Tardies (5 or more = UN)
*** Three or more Uncleared Absences
Failure to bring necessary materials to class.
Failure to regularly turn in assignments.
Failure to exercise proper care of school
property.
Not doing your own work; cheating.
Not showing respect for others.
Disrupting class.
Additional Reasons for Ineligibility:
1.
Outstanding debts (all debts must be paid
before seniors may attend senior
activities)
2.
Suspensions for serious offences (drugs,
alcohol, defiance, fighting, etc.)
3.
A “Flagrant Violation” of the Conduct
Code.
4.
Seniors who are not “on track” to graduate
will be disqualified from senior activities.
Grad Bash
One last chance for the senior class to be together
 Begins at 10:00 pm on the night of graduation at
EHS
 Ends at 5:30 am the following morning
 Lots of FOOD – dinner, snacks all night,
(smoothies, coffee cart, taco truck, popcorn, cotton
candy….) and breakfast
 Lots of ACTIVITIES – hypnotist, all night casino,
music/dancing (DJ), karaoke, bingo, inflatable
games, volleyball, movies….
 Lots of PRIZES – Valley Sporting Goods, Chevys,
Game Crazy and others.



You may NOT sell candy on campus.
King Size Bars - $2.00 each
1 Case (30 items) = $60.00
Profit = $34.00 per box
Example: 5 boxes = $170, 9 boxes = $306 toward cost of trip
Fundraising Opportunity
•If you decide to sell candy, you must turn in
your Candy Sale Contract no later than
Friday, December 10, 2010.
•You may pick up your first case starting on
Monday, January 17, 2011. You can only
pick up one case at a time.
•After you sell your case, turn in your
$60.00 to Mrs. Ashworth, in the SBO. (Only
bills and checks accepted – NO COINS.)
Fundraising Opportunity
•After you turn in your money, you may pick up
another case. You can sell as many cases as you
want during the three week period.
•Partial cases cannot be returned – you must turn
in the $60.00 for each case you pick up.
•Personal Checks – must be from an established
bank account – no new accounts. Write you
student name/ID # on the front of the check in
the Memo section.
