WHO WE ARE?
As a foundation we have been working since 2004, with the only
objective of helping people with special needs to get a job, under the
same conditions like everybody else, that means with all obligations
and responsibilities as their workmates, and of course with a salary
according to their contribution.
We strongly believe that there should be no discrimination. To our
understanding, it not acceptable special treatment for people with
special needs. We want to see and treat individuals with disabilities
like everybody else: as contributing membersof their community.
Our staff consist mainly of technicians specialized in teaching
people with special needs in the areas of: Agriculture, Bakery,
Psychologists, Social Workers, Actresses, Lawyers and so on.

REFLECTIONS FROM OUR EXPERIENCE
1. Every country must develop their own approach.
2. Sometimes institutions are part of the problem, not part
of the solution.
3. Family is a key part in the process.
4. Businessman are quite willing to help. Key is the way we
explain our program and approach them.
5. Natural support at job site has a tremendous impact at
the company and is a key element of the process.
6. Follow up is quite important helping them to deal with
new conditions and as a way to improve our approach.
7. We must share our experiences. No one is the owner of
the truth.
