Public Participation Goals
• Provide early and ongoing opportunities • Make information available • Ensure traditionally underserved populations can participate • Demonstrate how input is considered • Encourage collaborative decision-making • Provide open access to the decision making process prior to closure

• Consists of members appointed by the Policy Board and the membership of the Technical Advisory Committee

• First Public Meeting, May – Open house and break out exercise (all modes) – Discuss Goals – Identify transportation needs in the region – Determine spending priorities • Second Public Meeting (August or September) – Presentation of draft 2040 MTP Update – Prioritized list of projects
