Our areas of expertise falls into two main
categories :• Physical and electronic security systems
• Investigative and other commercial security
operations.
• We also have associates who are acknowledged
and highly qualified experts in the area of Health
and Safety. They are able to give advice,
training, support and conduct investigations into
incidents as well as liaising with enforcement
agencies.
Physical and Electronic Security.
• Many of our clients will have experience of

Salesmen trying to sell them a product that is
not actually what is required. Too much
emphasis is placed on sophisticated alarms and
CCTV, rather than designing a security system
that includes the concept of ‘Security by Design’!
Security by Design is a Home Office concept
developed by the Police Crime Reduction Unit.
• In simple terms we will attend your site and

spend time understanding your business, how it
operates, and undertake a full Risk Analysis.
After discussing this in detail with the client, we
will then design a fully comprehensive practical
security system for the site. This can include
lighting, landscaping, locks, access control,
glazing, fences, gates as well as alarms, CCTV
fire alarms and equipment. We will try and make
sure that the system is what is needed and is
compliant with all appropriate regulations and
legislation!
Once the client has agreed our proposals we can
then proceed in one of two ways-
• We will write a very detailed specification for all the work
•

and equipment that is required, and when this has been
approved by the client, will then proceed through a
sealed tendering exercise involving the client as much or
as little as required.
We will then project manage the installation and training
requirements through to completion.
Alternatively we will prepare detailed all inclusive costing
for the project, which when agreed by the client, will
then be implemented by one of our associate
companies.
In either event the system is a simple ‘One stop shop’
exercise where the costs and reporting systems are
transparent and easy to understand.
We would strongly recommend that following the
installation of your new system that a fully
comprehensive maintenance agreement is arranged.
This ensures that the job is done properly from the start
and that the client has confidence from day one.

The ongoing maintenance costs will be
transparent, minimal and easy to budget.
