E LIGIBILITY
This trip is open to all students of the Round Lake High
School Band and approved chaperones.
Students must be in good standing and meet all the requirements
designated by school to be able to travel on this trip.
Chaperones must be willing to accept responsibility for students in
their charge and follow all expected rules of conduct for the trip.
Reservations are accepted first come, first served with a completed registration form &
deposit payment. Reservations will be accepted at any time after the initial deposit date
providing space is still available on the tour.

Our professional Tour Director will keep your group
organized, on schedule, and in the loop from the time
that you leave the school until the time you return.
STAY IN THE LOOP!
Participants on the trip can sign up for a text messaging
block. Entourage’s tour director will send out timeline
reminders during the trip to keep us on schedule and in
the right places!

Visit to Opry Mills Mall
•
Grand Ole Opry Show. See the show that has dazzled
audiences for over 86 years.

After the show, return to the hotel and settle in for the
evening.

Private Security will be provided at the hotel
to monitor the room block from the hours of
10:00 pm – 6:00 am (or as appropriate for your
schedule.)
Security guards will ensure that students
remain in their rooms on their appropriate
floors, do not disturb other guests with
excessive noise and be available to assist
them to get help quickly should an
emergency occur during the night.
Additionally, we will make sure that the
room block is arranged so that there are an
appropriate number of chaperone rooms on
each floor with the students.

Guided Tour of Nashville. Welcome to Music City! Your
tour will include historic 2nd Avenue, Fort Nashborough, the
state capitol, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, the Ryman
Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Music
Row, Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park, and “Millionaire’s
Row”-where the stars live.

Day 3 – Sunday, Continues

Clinic & Exchange Program with Stewart Creek High School in Smyrna, TN

Ryman Auditorium Backstage Tour. Once the home of the Grand Ole Opry, the
Ryman is the city’s premier theater and truly cultural epicenter of Music City.

Wildhorse Saloon. Great fun is to be had tonight as you feast on amazing BBQ,
learn line dance moves, and play pool.

Time to enjoy the gardens & pool at your hotel

Day 4 – Monday, March 2, 2015

Puckett’s Grocery Breakfast. Loosen your belts and
get ready for a Southern style breakfast feast!

Belmont University Campus Tour
•
Schmerhorn Symphony Center Tour. Go behind the
scenes of the Nashville Symphony and learn what
it’s like to be a member of this award winning
orchestra.

Afternoon travel back home

Hotel rooms feature 2 queen sized beds.
Students will be assigned 4 people to a room with existing
bedding. Chaperones are assigned 1-2 people per room,
depending on package preference.
Students will sign up for roommates at school in
November. Chaperones can submit their preference of
roommate on their registration form.
If you have any special requests or needs for your student,
please note them on the registration form or advise Mr.
West in advance of the rooming list being created.

Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver Program. This program waives the cancellation penalties and
non-refundable fees involved in your trip in the event that you need to cancel your participation for
documented illness, injury or death in the immediate family. To qualify for this program, you must
purchase it at the time of registration. Brought to you by Entourage Management.
COST: $39.00 per person, non-refundable fee.
Travel Guard Travel Insurance Program - reimburses losses for the following: sickness, injury of death of you or a
family member and also covers baggage protection and if you become injured or sick during the trip. Cost varies on
age: $50 (0-34) $65 (35-59) $85 (60-69) per person, non-refundable fee.
All fees for cancellation protection should be paid at the time that you pay your booking deposit.

A FEW HINTS ….
Movies on board the coach
Movies will be shown at the discretion of the chaperones on board each coach. It is
preferred that movies are G or PG rated. PG-13 movies will be reviewed prior to
viewing. If you have to ask “Is this one appropriate?”…then you probably already know
the answer!
WIFI on board the coach
Mobile service picks up from various cell towers while traveling down the road and may
not be available consistently throughout the trip. Please be thankful when it works and
understanding when it doesn't! Using the motorcoach WIFI you can check your e-mail,
visit social networking sites and surf the web. You cannot stream videos or music or
upload/download any information requiring more than 512Kbp/s of bandwidth.
NO DAIRY products are allowed on board the motorcoach (includes milk, blended
drinks, ice cream, yogurt). Plan to enjoy any purchased ice cream treats before you get
back on the coach during the tour.
