A GUIDE TO MOVING AND OUT PROCESSING
Process
 Spring Preterm completed-watch if you haven’t completed please call the








office.
30 Day Notice to Vacate Form turned into office with Transp. Confirmation
document.
Schedule Final Inspection in the office when transportation confirmed. DateDrop Dead move out date Friday June 26, 2015 unless exception filed
Start at 07:45 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
30 minute blocked segments-2 specialists out at time
If need to reschedule call office as soon as possible
If wish to try for earlier time, let office know you are ready. If schedule allows,
we will accommodate
No Saturday/Sunday/Holiday Inspections…
Emergencies handled on case by case basis
Cleaning- 2 options
 Clean it yourself ***








Resident will be required to clean quarters before being cleared
All appliances must be thoroughly cleaned
Cabinets and Drawers: Must be thoroughly cleaned inside and out
Walls, Ceilings, Doors, Woodwork and Heating Outlets Must be thoroughly
cleaned
Windows: Clean all interior surfaces of windows and exterior surfaces
Venetian Blinds, Shades and Mini Blinds: Must be free from dust, dirt,
grease and finger marks
Floors: Must be thoroughly cleaned
Carpet: Carpet must be thoroughly vacuumed, and shampooed

specifications for clearing quarters

Minimum cleaning standards are required to clear quarters (See Handout)
Follow Broom Sweep Standard Sheet.
Pay cleaning/carpet and we will schedule cleaners per cleaning contract
(See Handout) ***Additional charges may apply

Ensure that trash and recycling cans are empty and clean
Common Grounds: Flower beds will be clean and free from weeds. Ground
and seeded areas damaged by pets will be returned to the original condition.
Holes dug in the ground must be repaired and grassed areas worn down
must be properly seeded. General area around home will be free of paper,
trash and leaves and any pet waste.

 Remember, rent is paid in arrears

End of May allotment is for May rent
 2 choices for June rent


 Allotment stopped end of May
 Move out pro rate paid Visa/MC at move out
 Deadline to stop allotment May 25, 2015 by NOON…

Choice 2

We collect allotment. We refund the prorate to you at the end of the
month by check or automatic credit to the account of your choice –please
provide voided check if auto credit desired. Please leave forwarding
address for check…
Final Inspection Day
 Your final utility bill estimate can be paid in advance of your final







inspection date. These will be ready in the files one week prior. If you
are due a YES refund, then this can be mailed to you or deducted from
any damages you may owe to BBC.
Make sure all items removed from home-and home is ready for
inspection
Keys-number you signed for-2-others you may keep.
Garage Door remotes-Check automobiles-
Payment has been made for cleaning, damages etc.
Forwarding address provided to Res Specialist
Disconnect cable/phone svs etc-hardware, cable removed
Nail holes larger than quarter size are spackled
Final Inspection Helpful Tips
 Open all cupboard doors, drawers and cabinets
 Lower all blinds
 No trash left behind-can use dumpster on Flower rd/Lovell Ave.
Farewell-When Res Specialist clears inspection, keys turned over, home
is locked and returned to maintenance, you must depart the home. 
