What Can PowerPoint Do?
PowerPoint is a powerful tool to organize and
enhance any visual presentation. It can help make
your job simpler and more professional in
appearance. You can easily add photos, tables,
graphs, animations, videos, sound and more to
interest your audience.

Choose file type you want to add from the “Insert”
command in the menu line. Navigate to the file
wanted and click “open”. Right click image to
format your pictures.
Adding PowerPoint presentations
or a “show within a show”
Click “Insert” on top menu and choose “Object” from drop-down list.
Check box to “Create new” or “Create from file” and navigate to
locate that file.
In this case, I browsed to a “PowerPoint Show” in a .pps format.
