Adult Well-Being Services
Mission: to promote the health, well-being and independence of
adults through advocacy, services, family and community support.
~Founded in 1953
~One of the first senior centers in the nation
~ AWBS provides human services to:
~ healthy adults ~adults with severe mental illness
~adults with developmental disabilities
~caregivers and their families ~independent senior housing
~long term care ombudsman & elder abuse prevention programs.
