STUDENT LOANS ON-LINE APPLICATION Spousal Section Spouse Demographic • As a Married or Commonlaw applicant, information about your spouse/partner is required • The left menu automatically updates to provide the additional screens Spouse Pre-Study/Study Period • Complete the Pre-Study Period and Study Period information Spouse Pre-Study/Study Period • Complete the Spouse Application Information at the bottom of the screen • Select Next to continue Spouse Income Spouse Income • Complete the Spouse Study Income • Select Next to continue Spouse Expense • Complete the Spouse Expense, if applicable • Select Next to continue Review/Submit Application • Select View Application to review your information View Application Review/Submit Application • If you need to update information, use the left menu to select the screen that requires updating • Once you are sure your information is complete, select Submit Application Submission Result • If you have not provided all required information, you will receive an error message • To update the information, select the highlighted area on the message or select the appropriate screen from the left menu Review/Submit Application • Submit Application if your information is complete Submission Result • Your application CANNOT be updated on-line after it is successfully submitted • You must select required documents to access the documents necessary to complete the application process • Reference your Application Number when inquiring about your student loan Required Documents and Forms • Once you Submit Application, you will be given a list of required documents • Print these documents, complete and forward to the Student Service Centre • You may log back into your account to print these documents at a later date Required Documents and Forms Supplementary Forms If you need additional supporting documents or information such as: • • • • Application Forms – – – – Job Search Practicum/Internship Consent to Release Information Program Information Form Reassessment Forms Declaration Forms Grant Applications for Students with Permanent Disabilities See Apply for a Student Loan at saskatchewan.ca/studentloans User Logout • Remember, the processing of your application cannot be completed until all Required Documents have been received by the Student Service Centre • Ensure that you Log Out to keep your information secure Congratulations!
