Leadership and Management Learning Center (LMLC) is designed to provide on-demand learning
resources through pre-populated, highly relevant content from industry thought leaders. Content is
organized by competencies. In this tutorial, we will look at browsing LMLC as well as sharing your own
comments and ratings on articles with other members of your organization.
The Competencies that appear on the Home screen, which may have been pre-selected by your
organization, allow you to quickly and easily browse information related to key learning topics that can aid
successful job performance.
Your home screen may also have up to three carousels displaying featured titles which allows you to
quickly browse the most recently added eBooks, Business Book Summaries or Leadership Videos using
the left and right arrows.
Hold your pointer over a title to view more information about it. Click on the cover image to view the
Detailed Record.
Click on a hyperlinked competency to view a result list of selected content related to that topic.
Note: If more competencies are available, you can click on + More to view them.
On the result list, simply click on a title, HTML or PDF full text link to read an article, book, or other related
content. When available, click the Audio Summary link to listen to the article or summary.
The column on the left indicates the competency you are viewing and also allows you to browse other
competencies.
Commenting allows you to share your own thoughts and ratings with other members of your organization.
If enabled by the administrator, click the Add Comment/Rating link next to a title.
For titles that already have a comment, click the Comment link for the item on which you would like
to comment or rate.
You are prompted to sign in to your personal My EBSCOhost folder to add your own comments and
ratings.
Click Add Comment/Rating and add your comment and/or rating in the fields provided and click Save.
