The goal of the CPS Data Warehouse is to have:
1. Users understand their data quickly, easily, and
accurately.
2. Users to take this new knowledge to make
data-driven decisions.
How was the CPS Data Warehouse
designed?
• State researchers met with state leaders and
county representatives from:
– Milwaukee, Barron, La Crosse, Rock, Marathon
• Discussed research needs and wants as it
relates to dashboards and new reports
New Initial Assessment Dashboards
1. I.A. Executive/ Performance Dashboard:
Provides a high-level overview of how the
County or State is doing in terms of Initial
Assessments.
2. I.A. Detail Dashboard:
Provides a view into the caseload of a County,
including providing information on alleged
victims and alleged maltreaters.
