• • Today is Veterans Day.

Light a prayer candle for a veteran today, in thanksgiving for their service, asking God to bless them with His love and mercy.

• • • • Congratulations to 3 Seniors from the Field Hockey Team who were voted to All WPIAL , All Star Teams and Honorable Mention. Gracie Daigle made both All WPIAL and All Star Team; Natalie Frost made the All Star Team and Elizabeth Armbruster named Honorable Mention. Great Job Ladies

If you need to make a selection, email Mrs. Maxwell by the end of the day.

If you do not make a selection, you will not be able to compete.

Jamaica Information Meeting

 There will be an informational meeting about the Jamaica mission trip today  It will begin promptly after school until about 4 o’clock  All mission trip attendees must come!

• Ski and Snowboard Club The first meeting will be this Thursday, November 13 immediately after school in room 202 with Mr. Kornosky.

It will be a brief informational meeting.

• • Attention all Forensics Novice Students: If you are planning to attend the tournament at Upper St. Clair this weekend, please complete the registration form that you received in your email. If you did not receive this form, please see Mr. MacDonald or Mrs. Rinkacs.

• The Science Fiction and Fantasy club will be having a meeting in Ms. Day's room after school on Thursday, November 13th! This weeks theme: DRAGONS! Nothing is more awesome than dragons, so be sure to come!

• Today is the first Collection for the Thanksgiving Drive. If your homeroom has completed the green list, bring it down to the main office. Also,the homeroom with the most spirit points at the end of the drive will have a bagel breakfast. Keep up the good work!!

There will be a Chinese club meeting on Thursday, November 12, in the Chinese room

• We are making and serving a pancake dinner at Bethlehem Haven Women's Shelter this Friday, Nov. 14th. If you'd like to serve or can bring something in for the meal, sign up on the campus ministry board.

• • • TODAY is the Blood Drive in the Aux Gym. Any student who did not receive an appointment slip for Tuesday should see Ms. Mosley. Remember to bring photo ID and to drink plenty of water before donating. Please show up at your appointed time.

• There will be a Parent Meeting for all who plan on swimming for Oakland Catholic this season Thursday Nov. 13 at 6pm in Cafe. Please give your swim suit size to Sarah Jobe in 4th period lunch, Caroline Evashavik in 5th period lunch and Ashley Elizeus in 6th period lunch. Any questions see Mrs. Bielich.

• Art work was removed from the display case on the ground floor of the main building. The work can be picked up in JM09 between now and November 19th. Work not claimed by the 19th will no longer be available.
